Our average delivery time is 45 days from your date. This can be longer in high-volume months.

Let us know pre-event if you are interested in a 2-week rushed delivery.

We create our Clients a custom website page where all the video(s) are displayed. The Client then downloads their video(s) from Vimeo following our download instructions. The videos are private until the client chooses to share them.

The Client receives download instructions when they receive their videos. After downloading the video(s) they can be uploaded to any social media.

We will contact the Couple two weeks out from the event, we then decide on a timeline together. We recommend that the videographer shows up an hour before the ceremony to capture the pre-ceremony events while still being able to stay late enough to capture dancing.

Due to U.S. copyright law, we can not use mainstream music. We have a catalog of licensed songs that we use and you can choose from if you want. If you have a specific song request, contact us and we can discuss whether it can be licensed for a fee.

Clients receive a Honeybook invoice and Contract when you indicate you’re ready to commit. Options for a Bank Transfer or Card Payment are provided.

We require the first payment of the Client’ bill (typically 1/2) to secure your date on our calendar. Until this is paid, your date might be claimed by a different client.

Once the initial 1/2 is paid the second payment can be broken into smaller payments upon request.

Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. We need security in the event industry to keep the company going. If your date changes and we have it available we can use your initial deposit.

In the case that a different couple books your cancelled date you will receive a refunded amount of their initial payment up to your full deposit back.
