Tapestry House

The Painted Lady

It's been the crown jewel of Northern Colorado event venues since it opened in 2004. Couples from Wyoming, Nebraska, and all across Colorado continue to build on the legacy of love with the bricks they leave in the path of this painted lady. I began my career at this venue 8 years ago and continue to love the moments I spend there. Providing videography seamlessly into your wedding day is my specialty. My relationship and experience with the Wedgewood team and my deep experience at Tapestry house assures the best coverage on your wedding day.

In 1875 Eli Riddle purchased land north of LaPorte Colorado and named it Hawkeye Ranch in honour of his Iowa family roots. The Victorian House was built in 1890 as a home for the family of 13. In 1997 the Victorian home was rebuilt, preserving the original style. The front porch was patterned after the porch of Teddy Roosevelt’s New York house. Today the property is managed by Wedgewood Weddings, I am honoured to create videos that contribute to the properties history.
